Facilities Coordinator

Early Education Services is seeking a Facilities Coordinator who is a highly motivated, self-starter with working knowledge and experience in maintaining public buildings and grounds to join our Facilities Team. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, motivation, desire and ability to reliably maintain clean and safe environments for our young children and their families. Basic computer knowledge and experience is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a Criminal Record Check before hire. $14.00 to $16.50/hour, commensurate with experience. Academy School is seeking an Assistant Principal

Principal for the 2018-2019 school year. The Assistant principal of Academy School is an integral part of the administrative staff. Duties include supervising the day-to-day execution of tasks needed to keep our elementary school running smoothly, developing academic programs, hiring and training faculty, and attending to executive functions such as budgeting and record-keeping. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with parents and students, attending school events, scheduling, facilitating the Educational Support Team and 504 meetings, and over-seeing student discipline. Library Media Specialist Long-term Sub


Oak Grove School in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a certified long-term sub for the first semester of 2018-19 school year.  Oak Grove School is recognized as a VTPBIS Exemplary school and highly successful in implementing MTSS frameworks to support student learning.

The Library Media Specialist is responsible for the library collection, teaching information literacy to students grades PreK-6, teaching enrichment classes, and maintaining the technology in the school building.


  • Maintain, update, and organize the library collection

  • Hold weekly library classes Pre-K-6th grade and teach topics such as book care, how to find library books, digital literacy, and research skills.

  • Hold enrichment skills groups 4 days a week with students K-6 depending on class needs/ schedule availability

  • Facilitate the Maple Leaf Writing Program with 5th and 6th graders

  • Responsible for school social media pages and taking photos of school events

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting of the technology in the school
